These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hrcprinting.com and your purchase of products from HRC Printing (“HRC Printing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders

  1. All orders must be placed through hrcprinting.com.
  2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information, product selections, quantities, artwork files, delivery address, and contact details are complete and accurate before submitting an order.
  3. An order is considered accepted only after successful payment and confirmation by HRC Printing.
  4. HRC Printing reserves the right to reject, cancel, or place an order on hold where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable for production, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Artwork and Printing

  1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is accurate, print-ready, and suitable for the selected product specifications.
  2. HRC Printing is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including spelling errors, incorrect contact details, low-resolution images, incorrect dimensions, colour variation caused by artwork settings, or other design errors.
  3. Colours displayed on screens may differ from printed colours due to monitor settings, paper type, printing processes, and material variation. Reasonable colour variation is not considered a printing defect.
  4. HRC Printing may reject artwork that is unlawful, offensive, infringes intellectual-property rights, contains prohibited content, or is technically unsuitable for printing.
  5. By submitting artwork, customers confirm that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use the submitted content. Customers remain solely responsible for the content of their artwork.

3. Payment

  1. Full payment is required before any order can be processed.

  2. HRC Printing accepts payment only through the website’s integrated, secure Payex payment gateway.

  3. All payment transactions are processed via FPX.

  4. Manual payment methods are not accepted, including cash deposits, cheque deposits, bank-in slips, manual bank transfers, or any other form of manual transaction.

  5. Once payment has been successfully completed through Payex, your order will proceed for processing. No separate proof of payment is required.

4. Production Time

  1. Production and delivery timelines vary by product and are stated on the relevant product page.
  2. Production timelines begin only after successful payment and receipt of complete, print-ready artwork where applicable.
  3. HRC Printing does not accept urgent orders and does not provide express production or express delivery services.
  4. Any stated timeline is an estimate and may be affected by artwork issues, production capacity, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Delivery

  1. All completed goods will be delivered to the registered delivery address stated in the customer’s account.

  2. Delivery will be made through HRC Printing’s appointed courier service company.

  3. Manual self-collection is not available.

  4. Where an order contains multiple products, HRC Printing may consolidate the items and arrange delivery only after all items are ready.

  5. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact number are accurate and accessible. Additional charges or delays arising from an incorrect address, failed delivery, redelivery, or redirected parcel may be borne by the customer.

6. Inspection, Claims, and Liability

  1. Customers must inspect the quantity and quality of goods upon delivery.

  2. Any claim relating to missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be reported to HRC Printing within seven days of delivery, together with clear supporting information and photographs where relevant.

  3. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.

  4. Where a claim is accepted, HRC Printing may, at its discretion, offer a reprint, replacement, store credit, or refund of the amount paid for the affected product.

  5. HRC Printing’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or product. HRC Printing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business, or other additional losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, product images, and website design, is owned by or licensed to HRC Printing and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

HRC Printing may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on hrcprinting.com at the time of your order will apply.
