Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how HRC Printing processes and delivers completed orders.

1. Delivery Method

  1. All completed goods are delivered to the registered delivery address stated in the customer’s account.

  2. Delivery is made through HRC Printing’s appointed courier service company.

  3. Manual self-collection is not available.

  4. HRC Printing does not provide urgent order processing or express delivery services.

2. Production and Delivery Timeline

  1. Each product has its own stated production and delivery timeline, which is displayed on the relevant product page.
  2. The timeline begins after successful payment and receipt of complete, print-ready artwork where applicable.
  3. Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  4. Orders containing multiple products will be consolidated and delivered together once all items are ready. This may mean that the delivery date is determined by the product with the longest stated timeline.

3. Delivery Address

  1. Customers must ensure that the delivery address, postcode, recipient name, and contact number in their account are accurate and complete before placing an order.

  2. HRC Printing is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery details supplied by the customer.

  3. Any redelivery, redirected delivery, address amendment, storage, or return charges imposed by the courier may be charged to the customer.

4. Courier Delays

Once an order has been handed to our appointed courier service company, delivery timing is subject to the courier’s operations and service coverage.

HRC Printing is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruption, weather, public holidays, traffic conditions, restricted delivery areas, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Receipt of Goods

  1. Customers should inspect the parcel and goods as soon as possible after delivery.

  2. Any visible parcel damage should be reported to the courier at the time of delivery where possible.

  3. Customers must notify HRC Printing of missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect goods within seven days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund/Return Policy.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or access is restricted, the courier may follow its own redelivery or return procedures. HRC Printing may contact the customer where practical, but is not responsible for additional charges or delays resulting from failed delivery.
